::This year's list was more difficult to pull together than in past years. Perhaps I've been too removed from the music discovery process - chalk it up to having more fun with my little girl than I could have ever imagined. Whatever the reason, I didn't come close to acquiring 20 new albums in 2008 and therefore have changed the rules for my list. This year, not only am I including a few great items from 2008, through the magic of Pandora I discovered albums from past years (2005-2007) with music that somehow slipped by me. This year's list is not only what I consider the best of 2008, but also the best I uncovered in 2008.::
